The paper proposal deadline is extended to

However, papers submitted afterwards will be considered as possible exceptions .
Selected participants will be notified by
15th December 2002
or within 10 days after reception of proposal.
There are two
Best Paper Prizes
of Euros 1.000 each, one of which will be restricted to graduate students. Winning papers will be published in
Utilitas
.
Papers are due by
1st March 2003
to facilitate copying for other participants.
The topics of the panels depend on the paper actually sent. See under
Panels
the provisional topics.
There is no open call for papers to the special workshops, but comprehensive proposals may be accepted.
Participants are invited to submit a paper to one of the panels at the Conference.
Please notice that the requested assignment to the panel will only serve as guidance for the organisers.
The final assignment will be made shortly before the Congress on the basis of the content of the received papers.
Submission of paper does not entail or imply registration.
You should, as soon as possible, submit an abstract not exceeding 600 words. At the Conference Registration Desk each participant will receive a CD with the abstracts and the papers available.
Abstracts and papers can be submitted either

The abstract itself must contain the title of the paper and your name. A minimum of formatting functions should be used and there should be no footnotes. The file should preferably be in
